We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is not refundable and will be subtracted from the refund amount. For international returns, a restocking fee of 5.5% and return postage will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, if accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

DAMAGES / OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and resized or modified pieces. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns on all sale items unless they are damaged and/or defective.
The best way to exchange an item is to first return the item. Once a return is processed, we can help you make a separate purchase for a new item.
