Orders & Shipping

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All domestic and international orders are processed for shipment within one to two business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic deliveries will arrive within one to seven business days from the date of shipment. International deliveries will take an additional three to seven business days.

During sale periods we do our best to deliver all orders within our regular delivery times, but due to the larger volume of orders, some deliveries may take one to two business days longer.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address we have on record. Please contact us if you do not receive an email order confirmation. You will also be informed by email of any delays in processing time or delivery.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address on record. All shipments are insured for the full value of the purchase.

All deliveries must be signed for.



SHIPPING PARTNERS:

For both domestic and international shipping from the United States, we use FedEx. All shipments are insured for the full value of purchase.



SHIPPING CHARGES:

Bhansali offers free shipping for all domestic orders. Special orders and bespoke pieces may be subject to shipping charges. Contact us at info@bhansali.us for more information.


For International Orders: $250
For International Orders between $10,000-$20,000: $350

For International Orders above $20,000: Please get in touch with us for an estimate

CURRENCY, DUTIES & TAXES:

All product prices and payments on Bhansali.us are in USD currency.

For orders to countries outside of the US, deliveries are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. This will be not be added to your purchase in the checkout process. For these countries, we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information contact your local customs office.



SALES TAX:

Currently, sales tax is only added to orders shipped to Illinois. The appropriate amount is added to the order total at checkout.
